Introduction
The School of Aerospace Systems Engineering consists of three majors: 1) Aerospace Engineering, 2) Interdisciplinary Studies for Intelligent Drone, and 3) Aerospace Systems Engineering. The Aerospace Engineering major is an academic field which studies the fundamental engineering principles of vehicles operating in the atmosphere or in space. The Interdisciplinary Studies for Intelligent Drone major focuses on specialized aerospace engineering topics related to unmanned aerial vehicles and their operations. The Aerospace Systems Engineering major is an Air Force-contracted program that aims to educate entry-level military pilots equipped with aerospace knowledge. Our mission is to educate the next generation of highly qualified aerospace engineers for academia and industry by providing intensive theoretical education, hands-on experiments, and on-the-job training.
