◎ 분납신청자는 전액고지서가 확인되지 않으며, 각 차수별 분납 고지서 출력기간에 해당 차수 고지서가 확인됩니다.
전액 고지서가 필요한 경우, 분납신청 전 확인하시기 바랍니다.
◎ 신청기간 : 2026.02.23.(월) ~ 02.26.(목)
※ 신청 기간 내에만 신청 및 취소가 가능하며 기간 외 추가 신청 없음
◎ 신청 대상: 학부 재학생 ※ 제외 대상자 : 해당 학기 신입생/편입생/재입학생, 대학원생, 이전학기 분납 지연 납부자 및 학자금대출신청자
◎ 신청방법

신청/취소 여부확인 | 1. 학사정보시스템 포털 로그인 > 장학/등록 및 학생지원 > 등록금분납신청 : 분납 신청 한 경우 분납신청이력 의 신청정보 > 신청상태가 “신청완료” : 분납 신청 후 취소한 경우 취소정보가 “신청취소” 로 확인됨.
신청상태가 신청완료 인지 꼭 확인! 2. 학사정보시스템 포털 로그인 > 장학/등록 및 학생지원 > 등록이력조회
분납이 정상적으로 신청된 경우 분납여부 “Y” 로 표기 분납 신청 여부는 본인이 직접 확인하여야 하며 신청 완료 여부는 재무과에서 확인해 드리지 않습니다. |
고지서출력 | 학사정보시스템 로그인 > 장학/등록 및 학생지원 → 장학이력및고지서출력 → 등록이력조회/고지서출력 메뉴에서 각 차수별 고지서 출력 기간에 출력 가능 ♠ 분납신청자는 전액고지서 확인되지 않음을 유의 ♠ |

1.Applicants: Enrolled Undergraduates
※Students excluded from Split Payment: Freshmen(Transfer students, newly admitted students)
→ A payer who has delayed split payment of the previous semester : automatic cancellation of request for split payment
2. Application Date: Feb 23th (Mon) ~ 26th (Thu)
※ You will never be able to apply for the split payment if you miss the application date.
3. Number of Split Payments and Payment Methods
1) Payment # for split payment : 4 times
(reflecting ¼ each round of payment period of tuition fees, Tuition Exemption such as scholarship applied from 2nd~4th rounds)
2) Banks for Payment: Kookmin Bank(one-time Account Remittance is possible)
3) Possible date of printing payment bill and Payment Period

4. How to check whether you have applied for Split Payments
Sejong portal Academic Information > 장학/등록 및 학생지원 > 등록이력조회 > 분납여부
If your split payment application is accepted, You can check "Y"
※Print-out of Payment Bill:
Sejong portal Academic Information > 장학/등록 및 학생지원 > 등록이력조회
※ Available for printing after possible date of printing payment bill
※ 1,2,3,4 round of payment for one-time accounts may differ from each other. Please make sure to double-check the account numbers upon payment of each round.
★Due to the short payment window for each installment, please avoid using international wire transfers.
★If payment is not confirmed within the payment period, you will be expelled from the university.
