※ 세종사이버대학교 e-러닝 수강 유의사항

외부기관과의 학점교류를 통해 개설되는 과목인 만큼 매년 매학기 개설이 되지 않아 재수강이 어려울 수 있습니다.

1. 수강철회 신청기간 : 3. 25(수) ~ 3. 27(금), 10:00 ~ 17:00

※ 승인은 3. 27(금) 17시 이후에 처리 예정

2. 장소 및 방법 : 교내외 인터넷이 가능한 곳에서 인터넷으로 수강철회 신청

3. 수강철회 절차 및 유의사항

가. 학사정보시스템 로그인 후 좌측메뉴의 "수업/성적 > 강좌조회 및 수강신청 > 수강철회신청"에서 해당 교과목을 철회 신청한다.

나. 계절학기 수강철회 및 환불 문제로 인해 본인의 계좌번호를 입력하여야 한다.

다. 수강과목을 철회 신청하면 수강철회 신청강좌에 반영이 되며, 승인 이전까지는 취소 버튼을 눌러 취소가 가능하다.

라. 수강철회 승인은 3. 27(금) 17시 이후에 처리 예정이며, 승인 처리가 완료된 후에는 번복이 불가능하다.

마. 수강철회 승인 후 ‘수강내역조회’에서 본인의 수강신청 내역을 반드시 확인하여야 하며, 수강철회 신청 및 취소를 반복할 경우 출석부 및 전자출결에 바로 반영이 되어 결석처리 될 수 있으므로 신중하게 처리해야 한다.

바. 수업연한 초과자도 위의 기간 중 인터넷으로 수강철회가 가능하며, 승인완료 후 재무과(집현관212호)로 방문하여 환불 처리를 진행하여야 한다.

사. 수강신청 학점이 6학점(최종학기 3학점)미만으로 철회할 수 없다.

아. 학교에서 일괄수강 신청한 교과목은 철회 신청할 수 없다.

자. 수강 철회 시 추가로 다른 과목을 신청할 수 없으며, 수강 철회 시에는 장학금 신청학점 및 졸업 이수학점에 유의하여야 한다.

차. 수강과목 철회로 인한 유휴학점은 학점이월 대상에서 제외된다.(학점이월제도는 수강변경기간에 마감한 자료를 기준으로 적용)

카. 졸업예정자의 졸업 및 학점관리를 위해서 2026년 8월 졸업예정자에 한하여 개강 13주차에 수강과목 철회 기간을 추가로 부여한다.

타. 휴대폰에서 수강변경(철회)을 신청할 경우 조작실수 등의 오류가 생길 수 있으므로, 컴퓨터에서 수강변경(철회)을 신청하기 바랍니다.(휴대폰 신청으로 인한 오류는 본인이 감수해야 합니다.)

파. 수강철회가 승인되면 수강신청내역의 수강철회여부에 Y(Yes)로 표시된다.

4. 기타 사항은 수강편람을 참고 바람.

Using another person’s ID is a criminal offense. Sharing your personal information such as a password will make the both parties responsible for any consequences.

There will be a 2nd withdrawal application period for planning of graduation and managing the GPA for students who expect to graduate. Please refer to the contents below and withdraw course(s) during the designated period.

3. Course Withdrawal Process and Notes

A. After logging into the Portal (https://portal.sejong.ac.kr/jsp/login/uisloginSSL.jsp), click “Class/Grade(Course) >Course Registration >Course Withdrawal Application/Cancellation”on the left menu and withdraw the relevant course(s).

B. Once your application is submitted, it will be shown in the withdrawn courses and you can cancel the withdrawal before it gets approved.

C. Application will be approved after Fri, Mar 27, 17:00 and cancellation shall not be accepted after the approval.

D. You must check the withdrawal results in the“Course History Inquiry”after the approval. If you repeat the withdrawal application and cancellation process, you may be marked as absent due to the immediate change to the attendance sheet and the Location-based Smart Attendance Check-in System. Please plan your withdrawal in advance and apply with caution.

E. You cannot withdraw a course if it leaves you with under six credits (three credits for the final semester).

F. You cannot withdraw courses that are automatically enrolled for you by the University.

G. If you withdraw a course, you cannot enroll in additional courses. You should consider the minimum required credits for scholarship and credits for graduation.

H. Any idle credits due to your course withdrawal will not be carried over (Please note that we apply the credit carry-forward system during course add/drop periods).

I. We strongly recommend you to proceed the course enrollment/withdrawal with a personal computer rather than a cellular phone to minimize any possible errors.
