2026-1학기 2차 수강과목 철회 안내/Course Withdrawal for Spring 2026

책임사유가 있을 수 있으므로 비밀번호 관리에 각별히 유의하기 바랍니다.

졸업예정자의 졸업 및 학점관리를 위하여 2차 수강과목 철회 기간을 제공 하오니, 수강과목을 철회하고자

하는 학생은 아래 내용을 참조하여 정해진 기간 내에 수강과목 철회 신청을 하기 바랍니다.

1. 신청기간 : 5. 27.(수) ~ 5. 29.(금) 10:00 ~ 17:00

※ 승인은 5. 29.(금) 17시 이후에 일괄 처리 예정.

2. 수강철회 대상

가. 2026년 8월 졸업예정자 [8학기(건축학 10학기) 이상 재학생]

나. C프로그래밍및실습, 고급C프로그래밍및실습 수강자

3. 장소 및 방법 : 교내외 인터넷이 가능한 곳에서 컴퓨터로 접속하여 수강철회 신청

4. 수강철회 절차 및 유의사항

가. 학사정보시스템 로그인 후 좌측메뉴의 "수업/성적 > 강좌조회 및 수강신청 > 수강철회신청"을 클릭한 후

해당 교과목을 철회 신청한다.

나. 수강과목을 철회 신청하면 수강철회 신청강좌에 반영(Y로 표시됨)이 되며, 승인 이전까지는 취소 버튼을

눌러 취소가 가능하다.

다. 수강철회 승인은 5. 29.(금) 17시 이후에 일괄처리되며, 승인 처리가 완료된 후에는 번복이 불가능하다.

라. 수강철회 승인 후 ‘수강내역조회’에서 본인의 수강신청 내역을 반드시 확인하여야 하며, 수강철회 신청 및

취소를 반복할 경우 출석부 및 전자출결에 바로 반영이 되어 결석처리 될 수 있으므로 신중하게

처리해야한다.

마. 수업연한 초과자도 위의 기간 중 인터넷으로 수강철회는 가능하나, 등록금은 반환되지 않는다.

바. 수강철회 후 잔여학점이 6학점(최종학기 3학점)미만이면 철회할 수 없다.

사. 학교에서 일괄수강 신청한 교과목은 철회 할 수 없다.

아. 수강철회 시 추가로 다른 과목을 신청할 수 없으며, 또한 장학금 신청학점 및 졸업 이수학점에

유의하여야 한다.

자. 수강과목 철회로 인한 유휴학점은 학점이월 대상에서 제외된다.(학점이월제도는 수강변경기간에 마감한

자료를 기준으로 적용하니 유의바람)

차. 휴대폰에서 수강철회를 진행할 경우 조작실수 등의 오류가 생길 수 있으므로, 컴퓨터를 통해 수강철회를 진행하도록 한다.(휴대폰 신청으로 인한 오류는 본인이 감수해야 함.)

5. 기타 사항은 수강편람을 참고 바람.

Announcement: Course Withdrawal for Spring 2026

※ Keep your password safe

Using another person’s ID is a criminal offense. Sharing your personal information such as a password will make the both parties responsible for any consequences.

There will be a 2nd withdrawal application period for planning of graduation and managing the GPA for students who expect to graduate. Please refer to the contents below and withdraw course(s) during the designated period.

1. Application Period :May. 27.(Wed) ~ May. 29.(Fri), 10:00 ~ 17:00

※ Will be approved after May. 29.(Fri) 17:00.

2. Eligibility: Students who expect to graduate in August 2026 (students who are currently enrolled in their 8th semester or higher (10th semester or higher for Architecture students)

3. How to Withdrawal : by the online portal system

4. Course Withdrawal Process and Notes

A. After logging into the Portal (https://portal.sejong.ac.kr/jsp/login/uisloginSSL.jsp), click “Class/Grade(Course) > Course Registration > Course Withdrawal Application/Cancellation”on the left menu and withdraw the relevant course(s).

B. Once your application is submitted, it will be shown in the withdrawn courses and you can cancel the withdrawal before it gets approved.

C. Application will be approved after May. 29.(Fri) 17:00 and cancellation will not be accepted after the approval.

D. You must check the withdrawal results in the“Course History Inquiry”after the approval. If you repeat the withdrawal application and cancellation process, you may be marked as absent due to the immediate change to the attendance sheet and the Location-based Smart Attendance Check-in System. Please plan your withdrawal in advance and apply with caution.

E. Students who exceed the number of semester registered can withdraw courses with the same method above but the tuition fee cannot be refunded.

F. You cannot withdraw a course if it leaves you with under six credits (three credits for the final semester).

G. You cannot withdraw courses that are automatically enrolled for you by the University.

H. If you withdraw a course, you cannot enroll in additional courses. You should consider the minimum required credits for scholarship and credits for graduation.

I. Any idle credits due to your course withdrawal will not be carried over (Please note that we apply the credit carry-forward system during course add/drop periods).

J. We strongly recommend you to proceed the course enrollment/withdrawal with a personal computer rather than a cellular phone to minimize any possible errors.
