본 학기 재입학 절차는 아래와 같습니다.

- 아      래 -

1. 재입학자격 : 자퇴, 미등록, 미복학 등으로 제적된 자

2. 재입학제한  : 성행불량징계 제적자 및1학년 1학기 중 자퇴자는재입학이 불가함

3. 신청기간 : 2026년 6월 1일(월) ~ 6월 12일(금) (기한 엄수)

※신청 기간 외에는 접수가 불가하오니 반드시 기간 내에 신청해야 합니다.

4. 재입학허가 : 편제정원에 여석이 있을 때 허가하며, 여석산정은 3,4학년의 모집단위별 제적자수를 재입학인원으로 산정함(단, 재적당시의 학과/부가 폐과/부 되었을 경우 유사한 인접학과/부로 재입학을 허가할수있음)

5. 신청절차

※외국인은 대외협력처 원스탑서비스센터에서 확인 받아야 함 (외국인 양식)

6. 제출서류 : 재입학원서(첨부파일 참조), 성적증명서, 잔고증명서(외국인에 한함) 각 1부

   => 재입학원서에 본인도장 날인(또는 사인)

7. 서류제출처 : 학사지원과(학생회관 205호)

8. 합격자 발표 : 2026년 7월 24일 예정(개별 문자 통보)

9. 수강신청 : 2026년 8월 중 (홈페이지 학사공지 참조)

10. 등록금납부기간 : 2026년 8월 중 (홈페이지 학사공지 참조)

11. 참고사항

가. 재입학이 허가된 자에 한하여 정해진 기간 내에 수강신청 및 등록을 필해야 하며, 미등록 시 재입학 이 취소됨

나. 재입학 첫 학기에는 일반휴학이 불가함
 다. 재입학원서 작성 후 본인의 학과/부(전공) 사무실에서 학과장의 도장을 받고, 단대별 학장실에서 학장의 도장을 받은 후 학사지원과에 제출함

    라. 엇 학기로 지원하는 학생의 경우, 수강신청 등 졸업관리에 지장이 있을 수 있으니 반드시 사전에 확인 바람

    마. 이미 교직과정을 이수했던 자가 재입학한 학과에 교직과정이 설치되어 있지 않을 때는 교직과정을 이수할 수 없고, 다만 이미 취득한 교직과목의 학점은 교양 선택과목의 학점으로 인정할 수 있음

    바.군사학과 학생은 원칙적으로 재입학할 수 없음 단, 6 학기 이상 이수한 학생이 제적된 경우 재입학을 허용할 수 있음(계약학과는 해당학과에 문의)

Notification on Readmission for Fall Semester 2026 (International students)

For any students who were expelled from the university for the reasons of either voluntary withdrawal, non-registration, not returning to the university, or due to unavoidable circumstances, please apply for readmission if you would like to get readmitted to the university for the Fall semester 2026.

1. Eligibility: Any students who were expelled from the university for the reasons of either voluntary withdrawal, non-registration, not returning to the university

2. Restriction: Any students who were expelled from school due to misconduct and dropped out of school during their first semester are not allowed to be readmitted.

3. Application Period: 2026. 6.1 ~ 6.12

4. Readmission will be granted only if there is an available vacancy in the department. If the former department has been closed, students may be readmitted to a similar department.

5. Procedure

6. Required documents: Application form for readmission (see the Attachment), Transcript (one of each), Certificate of Balance(more than $20,000 under your name)

7. Document submission: Office of the Registrar (Room#205, Student Center, Open: 10:00AM ~ 5:00PM)

8. Announcement for successful candidates: July 24, 2026 (Expected) (Only successful candidates will be contacted.)

9. Course registration period : In Aug 2026

=> The dates differ each academic year, so it is highly recommended that students check their academic year.

10. Tuition payment period : In Aug 2026

11. Notes

 -  Any students whose readmission is permitted must complete course registration and tuition payment within the designated dates. If they do not pay the tuition fees, their readmission might be cancelled.

 - A general leave of absence is not allowed in the first semester of readmission.

 - Please fill out the application form for readmission, obtain a signature from the head professor of the department and dean of the college, CISS and finally submit the completed form to the Office of the Registrar.
