26-2학기 조기졸업 신청 안내

※조기졸업을 희망하는 학생은 다음 사항을 참조하여 신청하시기 바랍니다.

1. 신청 기간 : 2026.08.04(화) 10:00 ~ 08.13(목) 16:30 (기간준수)

2. 신청 자격

 가. 2학년 2학기 말(건축학 전공은 3학년 1학기 말) 이수자로 졸업 학점의 1/2 이상(65/130 이상) 취득한 자

 나. 통산 평점평균이 4.1 이상인 자

 다. 위의 조건을 모두 충족하여야 하며, 편입학자는 조기졸업을 신청할 수 없음

 4. 제출 서류

 가. 조기졸업신청서 1부
  →학사정보시스템에서 기간 내 신청 후 출력

 나. 성적증명서 1부

※주의 : 졸업(조기,학석사연계)하는 해당학기에 ‘조기졸업확인신청서’를 제출해야 함(2월/8월 학사공지)

Notification on Application for Autumn 2026 Early Graduation

※ Please refer to the following information on early graduation and apply for it accordingly.

1. Application Period : August 4, 2026 10:00 ~ August 13, 2026 17:00 (punctuality is required)

 ※ Students can apply on-line from 10AM each day during the period of course registration

2. Qualification

 a. Any students who complete a late second semester in their second academic year (a late first semester of their third academic year for students majoring in Architecture) and who acquire more than half of the credits required for graduation (more than 65 out of 130 credits)

 b. Any whose GPA is higher than 4.1

 c. Students must fulfill all the requirements listed above. Any transferred student is not allowed to apply for early graduation.

 a. One Application Form for Early Graduation

 → Apply for through the Academic Affairs System within the designated dates and then print out

 b. One Academic Transcript

※ Notes : Students must submit the application form for confirmation of early graduation during the semester of graduation (early, BA-MA joint)
