아래와 같이 서울출입국·외국인청에서 9월 한달동안 유학생들을 대상으로 하는 전담창구를 운영할 예정이오니, 아래 내용을 참고하시기 바랍니다.
- 세종대학교 지정 운영기간 ① 2025. 9. 4.(목) ~ 9. 8.(월) ② 2025. 9. 22.(월) ~ 9. 30.(화) ※ 세종대학교 지정일자에 방문하면 그렇지 않았을 때보다 대기 시간이 줄어들 수 있습니다. - 이용대상: 서울출입국 관할 외국인 유학생 중 다음 체류자격 소지자 ① 유학: D-2-1 ~ D-2-8 ② 어학연수: D-4-1, D-4-7 - 민원종류: 외국인 등록, 기간 연장, 체류자격 변경(D-4 → D-2, D-2 → D-2) - 이용장소: 서울출입국·외국인청 1층 체류민원실 9번 창구 |
* 안내사항
- 현행 체류민원 신청은 (1) 방문예약 및 (2) 온라인 신청이 원칙입니다.
- 다만, 9월에는 유학생 민원이 집중되므로, 일시적으로만 유학생 민원 전담창구가 운영될 예정입니다. 불가피하게 방문예약 혹은 온라인 신청을 하지 못한 학생에 한해서만 이용이 가능합니다.
Seoul Immigration Office will operate a window dedicated for international student visa matters in September as below:
- Designated Period for Sejong University students ① 2025. 9. 4.(Thurs) ~ 9. 8.(Mon) ② 2025. 9. 22.(Mon) ~ 9. 30.(Tues) ※ If you visit on the designated date, you may not have to wait as much as you would have to if visited on other days. - For who: Those under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Immigration Office who have the following visa: ① Study: D-2-1 ~ D-2-8 ② Language : D-4-1, D-4-7 - Types of visa matters: Foreigner registration, visa extension, visa change (D-4 → D-2, D-2 → D-2) - Where: Window No. 9, 1st floor, Seoul Immigration Office |
* Important Notes
- In principle, for any visa application matters, students must (1) make a reservation for in-person visit and/or (2) apply through online.
- Nonetheless, in September, 2025, as many international students apply for visa matters during this period, the above mentioned window dedicated for international students will be operated temporarily. Please note that this window is available to those international students who inevitably failed to make a reservation for in-person visit and/or make application online.
