외국인 기숙사 입사 신청 안내 (2026학년도 1학기)

외국인 기숙사는 정기 입사 기간 내 최초 합격자 순으로 배정되며, 정기 입사 기간 내 미입사 시 합격이 일괄 취소됩니다.
추가 입사 기간에는 선착순으로 입사 및 호실이 배정되며, 각 직영기숙사 건물별 조기 마감될 수 있습니다.

2. 필수 서류 (미지참 시 입사 불가)

• - 여권

• - 건강진단서(2026년 1월 이후 발급)

  • B형간염 음성 결과서, 결핵 음성 결과서, 홍역 항체 검사서 또는 홍역 예방접종 증명서(1차, 2차)

※ 건강진단서는 본국에서 발급된 영문본도 가능합니다.
※ 홍역 예방접종은 2차까지 완료된 경우에만 입사 가능합니다. (1차만 접종한 경우 2차 접종 완료 후 입사 가능)

3. 입사 절차 및 유의사항

직영기숙사의 경우 사전에 배정될 호실 확인이 불가합니다.
따라서 합격자 중 입사절차 진행 순서대로 본인 호실 확인 → 입사서약서 및 체크리스트 작성 → 기숙사비 입금 완료 후 입사 확정됩니다.

최초 합격자의 경우 정기 입사 기간(2026.02.19 ~ 02.27) 내 미입사 시 합격이 일괄 취소되며,
취소된 공실은 추가 입사 기간에 선착순으로 입사 신청 및 호실 배정됩니다.

※ 필수 서류(여권, 건강진단서) 미지참 시 입사 불가
※ 기숙사 신청자 중 입사·퇴사 및 기숙사 생활규정 위반자는 향후 기숙사 선발이 제한됩니다.

International Student Dormitory Application Notice (Spring 2026)

Dormitory rooms for international students are assigned in the order of initial acceptance during the regular move-in period.
If you do not move in during the regular period, your acceptance will be canceled automatically.
During the additional move-in period, rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and each building may close early when full.

2. Required Documents (No entry without documents)

• - Passport

• - Medical Certificate (issued Jan 2026 or later)

  • Hepatitis B Negative Result, Tuberculosis Negative Result, Measles antibody test or Measles vaccination certificate (1st & 2nd dose)

English documents issued in your home country are accepted.
 Move-in is allowed only after completion of the 2nd measles dose.

3. Move-in Procedure & Notes

For directly managed dormitories, rooms cannot be checked in advance.
Move-in is confirmed in the following order: Room confirmation → Pledge & checklist → Payment → Final confirmation.

If you do not move in during the regular period, your acceptance will be canceled automatically, and vacant rooms will be reassigned on a first-come, first-served basis during the additional period.

Applicants who violate dormitory regulations may be restricted from future selection.

2026年第一学期 外国留学生宿舍入住申请公告

外国留学生宿舍将于正式入住期间按首次录取顺序分配。
如未在正式入住期间报到，录取资格将统一取消。
追加入住期间将按先到先得方式分配房间，各宿舍楼可能提前满额截止。

一、主要日程

二、必备材料（未携带者不可入住）

• 护照

• 体检证明（2026年1月以后签发）

  • 乙肝、结核、麻疹抗体检测 或

  • 麻疹疫苗接种证明（第1针、第2针）

※ 可提交本国出具的英文版体检证明。
※ 麻疹疫苗需完成第二针后方可入住。

三、入住流程及注意事项

直营宿舍无法提前确认房间，按办理顺序进行：
确认房间 → 填写承诺书及清单 → 缴费 → 最终确认入住。

未在正式入住期间报到者，录取资格将统一取消，空房将在追加入住期间先到先得分配。

※ 违反宿舍规定者，今后可能被限制选拔。
