세종대학교에 입학하신 외국인 신입생 여러분을 환영합니다. 

오리엔테이션이 아래와 같이 예정되어 있으니, 참석하여 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 비자 자격 유지를 위한 필수 절차(입국 확인과 출석 확인)와 생활안내 등 중요한 일정이 예정되어 있으므로, 모든 외국인 신입생은 오리엔테이션에 필수적으로 참석하여야 합니다. 

   오리엔테이션에 참석하지 못하여 비자가 취소되는 등의 문제가 발생하지 않도록 모든 외국인 신입생들의 참석 부탁드립니다.

※ 입국 지연 등의 사유로 당일 참석이 어려운 경우, 비자 자격 유지를 위해 입국 후 원스탑서비스센터(학생회관 2층 202호)를 개별적으로 방문하여 입국 확인 절차를 반드시 진행하시기 바랍니다.

Spring 2026 International Student Orientation Notice

Welcome to Sejong University! The orientation is scheduled as follows, and your attendance is required.

※ The orientation includes essential procedures for maintaining your visa status (entry confirmation and attendance check) as well as important information on student life.

   All international students must attend to avoid problems such as visa cancellation.

※ If you cannot attend on the day due to reasons such as a delayed entry, you must visit the One Stop Service Center (Room 202, 2nd floor of the Student Union Building) 

   after your arrival to complete the entry confirmation procedure in order to maintain your visa status.

Undergraduate and Graduate Orientation

欢迎各位外国新生入学世宗大学！入学说明会安排如下，请务必参加。

※ 为保持签证资格，说明会将进行必需的手续（入境确认与出席确认）以及生活指南等重要日程。因此，所有外国新生必须参加。

   若因缺席说明会而导致签证被取消等问题发生，请务必提前确认并按时参加。

※ 如因入境延迟等原因无法当天参加，请在入境后务必前往“一站式服务中心”（学生会馆2层202室）单独办理入境确认手续，以保持您的签证资格。
