외국인 유학생 체류 관련 전자민원 신청 적극 이용 안내
매년 2~3월 및 8~9월은 유학생 체류 민원 신청이 집중되는 시기입니다.
이 기간에는 출입국관리사무소 방문 시 대기 시간이 매우 길어질 수 있습니다.
원활한 업무 처리를 위해 Hi Korea 전자민원(온라인 신청)을 적극 활용해 주시기 바랍니다.
체류기간 만료일 이전에 충분한 여유를 두고 신청해 불이익을 받지 않도록 유의하시기 바랍니다.
- 이용 대상: 외국인 유학생 (D-2, D-4 비자 소지자)
- 대상 업무: 비자 연장, 비자 변경, 시간제 취업 허가 등
- 신청 방법: 하이코리아(Hi Korea) 홈페이지 (www.hikorea.go.kr)를 통한 온라인 신청
- 이용 시간: 평일 07:00~22:00 (토, 일, 공휴일 제외)
Encouraging Online Immigration Services (Hi Korea) for Visa Applications
The peak periods for international student immigration services are February~March and August~September.
During these times, visiting the Immigration Office in person can result in extremely long wait times.
To ensure a smooth and fast process, we strongly recommend using the Hi Korea Online Services.
Please make sure to apply well in advance of your visa expiration date to avoid any issues.
- Who can apply: International students (D-2, D-4 visa holders)
- Available services: Visa extension, Visa change, Part-time work, etc.
- How to apply: Apply online visa the Hi Korea website (www.hikorea.go.kr)
- Hours: Weekdays 07:00~22:00 (Closed on weekends and public holidays)
