외국인등록단체접수(1~3차)지문등록 일정 안내

외국인등록단체접수(1~3차)에 참여한 학생들은 아래 일정에 맞추어 지문등록을 진행하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 대상: 2026-1학기 1~3차 외국인등록 단체접수 참여자

2. 일시: 2026. 4. 3.(금) 10:00~12:00, 13:30~16:00 (※ 시간은 변경될 수 있습니다)

3. 장소: 학생회관 2층 원스탑센터(202호)

4. 필수지참: 실물 여권(사본 또는 이미지 파일 절대 불가)

※ 선착순 입니다. 오전에 대기하다 지문등록을 하지 못한 학생의 경우, 오후에 다시 대기해야 합니다.  번호표는 따로 발급되지 않습니다.

※ 지문을 등록하지 못한 학생은 개별적으로 출입국사무소에서 지문등록을 하여야 합니다. (방법 추후 공지)

Fingerprint Registration Schedule for ARC Group Application

(1st ~ 3rd Round)

Students who participated in the ARC group application(1st ~ 3rd round), please refer to the schedule below and register your fingerprints on the designated schedule.

1. For who: Students who participated in the ARC group application (1st~3rd round for 2025 Spring)

2. Date: April 3 (Fri.) 10:00~12:00, 13:30~16:00 (※ Time subject to change)

3. Where: SOS (Room 202) on the 2nd floor of the Student Union Building

4. Required to bring: PHYSICAL PASSPORT (NO copy or image file accepted)

※ First-come, first-served. Students who wait in line in the morning but fail to register their fingerprints will have to wait in line again from the beginning in the afternoon.  Number tickets will not be issued.

※ Students who failed to register their fingerprints must individually register their fingerprints at the immigration office. (to be announced)

外国人登陆证团体办理（1~3批次）登录指纹日程通知

已参加外国人登录团体受理（第1至第3批）的学生，请按照以下日程进行指纹登记。

1.对象: 2026-1学期1-3批次团体外国人登录参与者
2.时间: 2026. 4. 3.(星期五) 10:00~12:00, 13:30~16:00 (※ 시간은 변경될 수 있습니다)
3.地点:学生会馆2楼一站式中心（202室）
4.必须携带:护照原件（不接受复印件或照片等）

※ 本次按先后顺序办理. 上午因等候而未能完成指纹录入的学生，下午需重新排队等候，且不另行发放号码牌.
※ 没有登录指纹的学生,要个别访问出入境事务所进行指纹登录。（方法将日后通知）
