안녕하세요, 2027학년도 봄학기 교환학생 설명회 참석 명단에 학번을 기재해 주신 학생 여러분께 안내해 드립니다.

2027학년도 봄학기 아웃바운드 교환학생 모집 설명회 참석으로 인해 수업 공결 처리가 필요하신 분들을 위하여 학사지원과에 협조문 발송을 완료하였습니다. 

아래 안내 사항을 확인하시어 기한 내에 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.

4월 5일(일)이 지난 후에는 학사정보시스템을 통한 신청이 불가하며, 교수님께 별도로 확인서를 요청하셔야 하는 번거로움이 발생할 수 있습니다. 가급적 4월 5일까지 반드시 공결 신청을 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.  

-  공결 신청 안내  - 

1. 신청 기간: 금일 ~ 4월 5일(일)까지 

2. 신청 방법: 학사정보시스템 접속 후 개별 공결 신청 진행 

3. 공결 신청 사유: 2027년 봄학기 아웃바운드 교환학생 모집 설명회 참가자 공결처리 (반드시 해당 문구로 작성)

This notice is for those who attended the Spring 2027 Outbound Exchange Student Information Session and wrote their student ID on the attendance sheet.

We have successfully sent a cooperation request to the Academic Affairs Division for students who need an excused absence for their classes due to attending the session. 

Please review the summarized instructions below and apply within the given timeframe.

After April 5 (Sun), you will no longer be able to apply through the Academic Information System and will need to request a separate confirmation letter directly from your professors. 

Please make sure to complete your excused absence application by April 5.

2. How to Apply: Apply directly through the Academic Information System.
