- 서울 소재 대학교(전문대학, 대학원 포함)에 재학 중 또는 졸업 후 2년 이내인 구직자로서 서울 거주 중인 외국인 유학생

- International students currently residing in Seoul who are enrolled in a Seoul-based university (including community colleges and graduate schools), OR recent graduates (within the past 2 years) currently seeking employment.
