Important Notes

(1) Returning students must apply for return separately through Sejong Portal apart from this application. (2025-2 Return Application on Sejong Portal: 2025. 7. 28. ~ 2025. 8. 3.)

(2) Re-admitted students must apply for re-admission during re-admission application period and have their re-admission granted from registrar's office apart from this COA application. (2025-2 Re-admission Application Period: 2025. 6. 2. ~ 2025. 6. 13.)

(3) If you have not applied for return/re-admission, COA application and issuance will also be automatically canceled.

(4) New/transfer students for Spring 2025 cannot apply.

(5) For Verification of Deposit (VOD), you must send an original, hard copy to school, and it must arrive by August 8, 2025. If it does not arrive via in-person visit/post-mail, even if you are in the middle of applying for D-2 visa, your COA will be deleted without exception.

Important Notes on Verification of Deposit

(VOD)

(1) VOD must be issued while meeting all the conditions below:

(2) When you apply for visa at the Korean embassy/consulate, you must submit VOD issued within 30 days from the date of visa application. Therefore, please schedule well and apply for COA.

(3) In case of Chinese applicants, the bank balance must be frozen until after September 1, 2025.

유의 사항

(1) 복학생의 경우, 표준입학허가서 신청과 별개로 세종대학교 포털을 통한 복학 신청을 해야 합니다. (2025-2 복학 신청 기간: 7월 28일 ~ 8월 3일)

(2) 재입학생의 경우, 표준입학허가서 신청과 별개로 재입학 기간에 재입학을 신청하여 재입학 허가를 받아야 합니다. (2025-2 재입학 신청 기간: 2025년 6월 2일 ~ 6월 13일; 재입학 신청 기간 종료)

(3) 복학/재입학 신청을 하지 않은 경우, 표준입학허가서 발급도 자동으로 취소됩니다.

(4) 2025-2 신입생/편입생은 신청 불가합니다.

(5) 2025년 8월 8일(금)까지 잔고증명서 원본이 도착해야 합니다. 방문/우편을 통해 도착하지 않을 경우, 비자 신청 중이더라도 발급된 표준입학허가서는 예외 없이 삭제됩니다.

잔고증명서

유의사항

(1) 아래 3가지 조건을 모두 충족시킨 잔고증명서만 가능합니다:

(2) 재외공관에 비자 신청 시, 비자 신청일 기준 30일 이내에 발급된 잔고증명서를 제출해야 하므로, 일정을 잘 계산해서 표준입학허가서를 신청해 주세요.

(3) 중국 은행의 경우, 2025년 9월 1일 이후까지 잔고를 동결해야 합니다.
