Fall 2025 International Student Orientation Notice

Welcome to Sejong University! The orientation is scheduled as follows, and your attendance is required.

※ The orientation includes essential procedures for maintaining your visa status (entry confirmation and attendance check) as well as important information on student life. All international students must attend to avoid problems such as visa cancellation.

※ If you cannot attend on the day due to reasons such as a delayed entry, you must visit One Stop Service Center (Room 202, 2nd floor of the Student Union Building) after arrival to complete the entry confirmation procedure in order to maintain your visa status.

2025-2学期外国新生入学说明会通知

欢迎各位外国新生入学世宗大学！入学说明会安排如下，请务必参加。

※ 为保持签证资格，说明会将进行必需的手续（入境确认与出席确认）以及生活指南等重要日程，因此所有外国新生必须参加。如因缺席说明会而导致签证被取消等问题发生，请各位新生务必参加。

※ 如因入境延迟等原因无法当天参加，请在入境后务必前往“一站式服务中心”（学生会馆2层202室）单独办理入境确认手续，以保持签证资格。
