Seoul Immigration Office will operate a window dedicated for international student visa matters in September as below:
- Designated Period for Sejong University students ① 2025. 9. 4.(Thurs) ~ 9. 8.(Mon) ② 2025. 9. 22.(Mon) ~ 9. 30.(Tues) ※ If you visit on the designated date, you may not have to wait as much as you would have to if visited on other days. - For who: Those under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Immigration Office who have the following visa: ① Study: D-2-1 ~ D-2-8 ② Language : D-4-1, D-4-7 - Types of visa matters: Foreigner registration, visa extension, visa change (D-4 → D-2, D-2 → D-2) - Where: Window No. 9, 1st floor, Seoul Immigration Office |
* Important Notes
- In principle, for any visa application matters, students must (1) make a reservation for in-person visit and/or (2) apply through online.
- Nonetheless, in September, 2025, as many international students apply for visa matters during this period, the above mentioned window dedicated for international students will be operated temporarily. Please note that this window is available to those international students who inevitably failed to make a reservation for in-person visit and/or make application online.
