Fingerprint Registration Guide for 2025-2 Alien Registration Group Applicants 

(1~3 Round)

Students who participated in the 2025-2 ARC Group Application (1~3 Round) must visit the immigration office in person and complete their fingerprint registration before Friday, October 24th.

How to Register Fingerprints:

Location: Seoul Immigration Office (Address: 151 Mokdongdong-ro, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul)

Please inform the staff that you are an "Applicant from Sejong University Group Application.“

★Must bring your passport (no pdf/image file accepted) 

[Note] 

The Seoul Immigration Office is currently undergoing a government inspection until October 31. Due to this, the immigration office staff cannot visit the school for group fingerprint registration. 

Therefore, you must visit the office individually to complete your fingerprint registration.

2025-2 외국인등록 단체접수(1~3차) 신청자 지문등록 안내

2025학년도 2학기 외국인등록 단체접수(1~3차)에 참여한 학생들은 

출입국사무소에 직접 방문하여 

10월 24일(금) 이전에 지문등록을 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.

지문등록 방법:

방문 장소: 서울출입국·외국인청 (주소: 서울특별시 양천구 목동동로 151)

방문 후 창구 직원에게 "세종대학교 단체접수 신청자"임을 말씀하세요.

★실물 여권 지참 필수

현재(10월 31일까지) 서울출입국·외국인청은 감사 기간 중으로, 출입국·외국인청 직원의 학교 방문 출장(단체 지문등록)이 불가능합니다. 따라서 반드시 개별적으로 방문하여 지문등록을 하셔야 합니다.

2025-2学期 外国人登录团体申请者（第1~3批）指纹录入指南

参与2025学年第2学期外国人登录团体申请（第1~3批）的学生，请务必亲自访问出入境事务所，并于 10月24日（周五）之前 完成指纹录入。

指纹录入方法：

访问地点： 首尔出入境·外国人厅 (地址: 서울특별시 양천구 목동동로 151)

到厅后： 请告知窗口工作人员您是 “世宗大学团体申请者”。

必须携带:护照原件（不接受复印件或照片等）

目前（截止至10月31日），首尔出入境·外国人厅正处于检查期间，出入境·外国人厅工作人员无法到校出差进行团体指纹录入。 因此，请所有学生务必单独前往访问并完成指纹录入。
