If you are an international student expected to graduate in the 2025-2 semester, please carefully read the following notice from the Library:

1. If you are expected to graduate in the 2025-2, you will not be able to borrow resources from the library starting from February 1, 2026.

2. If you have resources to return:

   2-1) Even if your loan period has not yet expired, all borrowed materials must be returned to the library no later than 20 days prior to the graduation ceremony date.

   2-2) Failure to return borrowed materials or accrued overdue fines will result in a hold on your Sejong Univ. account. No official documents, including your graduation certificate, will be issued until all items are returned and/or all fees are paid in full.

   2-3) In accordance with the Article 14 of the Library’s Enforcement Rules for Regulations, lost materials must be compensated for.

   2-4) Once your student status officially changes to “expected to graduate,” overdue notifications and other library messages regarding borrowed materials will be sent to your cell phone number and email address registered in the Library website. Please ensure that your personal information is update, as you will be responsible for the issues rising from not updating your information.

3. Upon graduation, you may use alumni borrowing card.

   3-1) If you wish to continue borrowing books after graduation, you must apply and obtain an alumni borrowing card.

   3-2) How to apply: Library website → FAQ → Refer to the notice on the student’s book borrowing & application for the alumni borrowing card (졸업생 도서 대출 안내 공지 및 졸업생대출증 신청서(붙임))

   3-3) For entry into the Library and use of reading rooms, your existing mobile student ID will remain valid for up to 10 years after your graduation.

2025-2학기에 졸업 예정인 외국인 유학생이라면, 아래 학술정보원의 안내문을 필독해주시기 바랍니다:

1. 2025-2학기 졸업예정자는 2026년 2월 1일부터 도서 대출이 중지됩니다.

2. 만약 반납할 도서가 있다면,

   2-1) 졸업예정자의 경우 대출 기간이 남았더라도 졸업 20일 전까지 도서를 반납하여야 합니다.

   2-2) 자료를 반납하지 않거나, 연체료가 발생할 경우, 납부완료할 때까지 졸업증명서를 포함한 모든 증명서를 발급할 수 없습니다.

   2-3) 자료를 분실할 경우, 학술정보원 규정 시행세칙 제14조에 따라 변상하여야 합니다.

   2-4) 졸업예정자로 신분이 변경되면, 학생의 학술정보원 홈페이지 상의 개인정보(휴대전화, 이메일)로 대출자료 반납 알림이 발송됩니다. 반드시 업데이트하시기 바라며, 개인정보를 변경하지 않아 생기는 문제는 이용자 본인이 책임져야 합니다.

3. 졸업생이 되면, 졸업생 대출증을 이용할 수 있습니다.

   3-1) 계속 도서 대출을 희망하는 경우, 졸업생 대출증을 반드시 발급받아야 합니다.

   3-2) 발급 방법: 학술정보원 홈페이지 > FAQ > 졸업생 도서 대출 안내 공지 및 졸업생대출증신청서(붙임) 참고하여 신청

   3-3) 학술정보원에 출입하거나 열람실을 이용하고 싶은 경우, 졸업 후 10년까지는 기존 모바일 신분증을 사용할 수 있습니다.
