※Transfer Possible hours: AM 9 ~ PM 5
2. Registration Methods

- Account number: It is a temporary account with the student’s name, set as the
individual holder of the account. Please make sure to process the transfer after checking
whether the cost and the account holder (student’s name) are accurate.
※ It is a one-time temporary individual account for the receipt of registration fees (tuition fees). Therefore it will be automatically registered once the payment is made.
※ If you are using international wire-transfer, Please choose local currency, KRW, and add bank fees. Otherwise, your transfer may be rejected due to incorrect amount being transferred to your designated account.
※ Numbers next to Nonghyup Bank are the university code that the banks use for the deposit process.
※Voluntary fees (Student Union fees, Alumni fees) cannot be paid individually so it is recommended to pay supplement fees along with the tuition fees.
[ Things to Note When Making International Wire Transfers ]
A. International wire transfers can take considerable time to be confirmed due to verification processes by the sending country, intermediary banks, and other institutions.
Please be aware that even if you send an international wire transfer within the tuition payment period, your registration may not be completed if domestic confirmation is delayed.
B. When making an international wire transfer, you must take into account all fees charged in each country and by each bank involved.
C. You must verify your own virtual account number for the relevant semester and send the funds to that account.
D. If you send less than the required amount, your registration will not be processed. If you send more than the required amount, the excess will be refunded to the originating international account. However, if the overpaid amount is too small to be reasonably refunded, a return or refund may not be possible.
☆ Please note that if you send your tuition in any of the following ways, the payment will not be processed and the funds will be returned to the originating international account. ☆
A. The funds are sent to a virtual account other than your virtual account for the relevant semester.
B. The international wire transfer is made under a name other than your own.
C. Sejong University is not specified as the beneficiary (recipient).
[ Tuition payment through private currency exchange services is strictly prohibited ]
Due to repeated voice phishing incidents each semester involving tuition payments to virtual accounts, tuition payments made through any third party, including private currency exchange agencies, are strictly prohibited. If an account hold or payment suspension occurs because tuition was paid by a third party under another person’s name, that payment will be deemed invalid and the student will be required to repay the tuition.
