International Student Dormitory Application (Fall Semester 2026)

Dormitory rooms for international students are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and each directly-managed dormitory building may close early once full.

Applications will be processed at Happy Dormitory (행복기숙사), Saenal Hall, Room 101B.

2. Required Documents (No entry without documents)

•   Passport

•   Medical Certificate (issued July 2026 or later)

    [Hepatitis B negative result, Tuberculosis negative result, Measles antibody test or Measles vaccination certificate (1st & 2nd dose)]

* English documents issued in your home country (July 2026 or later) are accepted.

* Move-in is allowed only after completion of the 2nd measles dose. (If only the 1st dose was received, move-in is possible after completing the 2nd dose.)

3. Move-in Method & Notes

Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and each building may close early once full.

•   Round 1 (Aug 19 - 25): For announced applicants, first-come, first-served

•   Round 2 (Aug 26 - Sep 1): For applicants and non-applicants, first-come, first-served

•   Round 3 (Sep 2 - 11): For applicants and non-applicants, first-come, first-served

•   Round 4 (Sep 14 - until full): For both Korean and international students of the university, first-come, first-served

* No move-in without required documents (passport, medical certificate).

* Applicants who violate move-in/move-out or dormitory living regulations may be restricted from future dormitory selection.

外国留学生宿舍按入住先到先得方式分配，各直营宿舍楼可能提前满额截止。

入住申请地点为 新日馆 幸福宿舍 101B号。

二、必备材料（未携带者不可入住）

•   护照

•   体检证明（2026年7月以后签发）

    [乙肝阴性结果、结核阴性结果、麻疹抗体检测 或 麻疹疫苗接种证明（第1针、第2针）]

※ 可提交本国出具的英文版体检证明（2026年7月以后签发）。

※ 麻疹疫苗需完成第二针后方可入住。（仅接种第一针者，须完成第二针后方可入住。）

三、入住方法及注意事项

宿舍按先到先得方式分配，各楼可能提前满额截止。

•   第1批（08.19 ~ 08.25）：公布的申请者中先到先得入住

•   第2批（08.26 ~ 09.01）：申请者及未申请者中先到先得入住

•   第3批（09.02 ~ 09.11）：申请者及未申请者中先到先得入住

•   第4批（09.14 ~ 满额为止）：本校国内外学生中先到先得入住

※ 未携带必备材料（护照、体检证明）者不可入住。

※ 违反入住、退宿及宿舍生活规定者，今后可能被限制宿舍选拔。
