Recruitment of Field Training (Internship) participants

for the 2026 Spring Semester

1. Participants: Students who have completed more than four semesters (3rd to 4th graders). Students should be enrolled at the time of application.

2. Recognized Credits

 . 

※ You can acquire up to 24 credits for the whole seasonal semesters.
 ※ Only 18 credits including creative semester credits are recognized for field training while attending school

3. Practice period : 2026.03.01.(Sun) to 2026.06.20.(Mon)  / at least 4 weeks of work during the period

4. Schedules

※Schedules may vary depending on the situation

5. Scholarship: 500,000won/per month, within one’s tuition (except for those who received academic warnings for the previous semester in accordance with the regulations of the school)

 6. How to apply 
 ① Career development system (http://udream.sejong.ac.kr ) login
 ② My roadmap -> Actual Employment Roadmap -> Fill out a resume form -> Set your resume as your fieldwork resume (the resume can be modified)
 ③ Find participating companies related to your major and apply
 ④ During the selection period, students are selected according to the recruitment process of the company
 ⑤ Selected Students only: Print out an application form for field training and get interview and signature with the head of the department and submit the form to the field training support center (students building #308)

7. Course registration
 Students don’t have to register for classes. Field training support center will register for all the participants. 

8. Performance Evaluation
 ① Grading with P/NP
 ② Our center will evaluate the final performance after checking evaluation documents.
 ③ Evaluation of training companies (25%), evaluation of Head professor of your department (25%), and attendance results (50%) shall be used, and you’ll get PASS if the total score is 60 or higher and the training evaluation score is 60 or higher.
 ④ If the number of days of absence is more than 1/5 of the total training period, You’ll get NP.
 ⑤ If you do not submit the required documents within the designated period, you will get NP.
 *Documents and methods for credit recognition are separately informed.

9. Important Notice
 ① The field training support center only conducts field training programs to obtain credits.

② Only companies that have signed an agreement with the Sejong University can offer field training. 

③ It is not possible to participate in companies recruited by individuals. Students are not allowed to work in the companies that you are currently working or have an existing contractual relationship.
