2025학년도 2학기 성적향상장학금 신청이 진행될 예정이니 해당 학생들은 아래 내용을 확인하시어 반드시 기한 내에 신청하시기 바랍니다.

 ■ 자격요건 

     ① 2025학년도 2학기 현재 ‘정규학기 이내’ 재학중인 자 

     ② 직직전학기 성적 : 15학점 이상 취득하고, 평점 3.0점 이상인 자 

     ③ 직전학기 성적 : 15학점(최종학년 10학점)이상 취득하고, 평점 3.5점 이상인 자 

         ※단, P/NP외 일반성적평가과목(Grade) 취득학점이 9학점(최종학년 6학점) 미만인 자 제외됨. 

     ④ 성적향상도가 높은 순으로 우선선발 

 ■ 장학금액 : 100만원 (단, 타장학금 수혜자는 등록금 범위 내에서 차액 지급)

 ■ 신청기간 : 2025년 10월 20일(월) ~ 11월 7일(금) 오후4시까지 기한 엄수

 ■ 신청절차 : ‘신청서’(첨부양식) 작성후, 학생지원과(집현관104호) 방문 제출 

 ■ 제출서류 

     ① 성적향상장학금 신청서 1부 (첨부양식 사용) 

     ② 성적증명서 1부 (학생회관 무인 증명서발급기 이용) 

     ③ 본인 명의 통장 사본 1부 

 ■ 신청서 작성법 및 유의사항 

     - 2025학년도 2학기 현재학기는 신청대상 아니며, 이미 이수한 최근 성적 2개 학기를 작성. 

         ※휴학자는 직직전학기와 직전학기가 연속되지 않을 수 있음. (하단 예신의 B신청인 참조) 

     - 최근 2개학기 성적이 없는 자는 신청 불가함. 

     - 2020학년도 1학기 성적으로는 신청 불가함. 

     - 성적향상도에 따라 선발하는 장학금으로 모든 성적은 ‘원성적’으로 심사함. 

 (예시) 

 ■ 선발제외사유 

     ① 성적자격요건 미충족자 

     ② 휴학 또는 수업연한 초과등록자 

     ③ 타장학금을 전액 수혜한 자 

     ④ 한국장학재단 이중지원자로 확인되는 자 

 ■ 장학금지급방식 

     ① 현급지급 : 학생명의 계좌입금 

     ② 대출금상환 : 2025-2 한국장학재단 또는 공무원연금공단 학자금(등록금)대출 이용자는 해당 대출금으로 상환처리 예정 

         ※ 그 외 기관에서 학자금(등록금)대출 이용자는 학생명의 계좌로 입금된 장학금을 본인 직접 상환해야함.

            상환하지 않을 경우, 이중지원자로 확인되어 다른 장학금(교내,외) 수혜가 불가함. 

             - 사립학교교직원공단, 서울메트로, 국군재정관리단, 한국전력공사, 한국가스공사, 

                한국농어촌공사, 한국토지주택공사, 한국에너지공단, 국민건강보험공단, 각 시도별 지자체기관

 2025-2 Academic improvement scholarship Application Notice

 Applications for the Academic Improvement Scholarship will soon be accepted. Eligible students are advised to review the following details carefully and submit all required materials within the designated application period. 

 ■ Eligibility 

 Applicants must meet all of the following criteria : 

 ① Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2025 semester within the regular academic term.

 ② Two semesters ago (Second most recent semester):

 Must have completed at least 15 credits, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

 ③ Most recent semester:

 Must have completed at least 15 credits (or 10 credits for final-year students), with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

 ※ Applicants who earned fewer than 9 credits (or 6 credits for final-year students) from 

 courses graded on the regular letter grade scale (excluding P/NP) will be disqualified.

 ④ Priority will be given to applicants with the greatest improvement in GPA.

 ■ Scholarship Amount : KRW 1,000,000

 ※ For students receiving other scholarships, only the remaining amount within the tuition limit will be granted.

 ■ Application Period : October 20 (Mon) – November 7 (Fri), 2025, 4:00 PM (strictly enforced)

 ■ How to Apply

 Fill out the attached application form.

 Submit the form in person to the Student Support Office (JiphyeonGwan, Room 104).

 ■ Required Documents 

 ① Application Form (using the attached form) 

 ② Official Transcript (available via self-service kiosk in the Student Union Building) 

 ③ Copy of applicant’s bank account (must be under the applicant’s name) 

 ■ Notes on Application and GPA Calculation 

 - The current (2025-2) semester is not included in the evaluation. 

 - GPA improvement is calculated based on the two most recent completed semesters. 

 ※ For students who have taken a leave of absence, the two semesters may not be consecutive.

 - Applicants must have two valid, completed semesters of academic records. 

 - Grades from Spring 2020 are not considered. 

 - GPA improvements are assessed based on original (raw) grades. 

 Example:

 ■ Disqualification Criteria

 - Does not meet GPA or credit requirements 

 - Currently on leave or exceeding regular enrollment term 

 - Already receiving a full scholarship 

 - Identified as a duplicate beneficiary by the Korea Student Aid Foundation (KOSAF) 

 ■ Scholarship Disbursement

 - Direct deposit to the applicant’s bank account 

 ■ Results Announcement : Late November 2025 (expected)
